Dashboard
Your daily command center — today's attendance, who's clocked in, pending approvals, and switching between a single store or all stores.
Dashboard
The dashboard is the first thing you see after signing in. It rolls up the day at a glance: today's attendance, who's late, pending approvals, a live list of who's clocked in, and a weekly attendance trend.
Viewing all your stores
If you manage more than one store, the dashboard can show a single store or roll up all stores at once. There are two ways to switch, and they stay in sync.
Switch between one store and all stores
Use the dashboard header pill or the sidebar store selector — both control the same view.
From the dashboard header
Next to the greeting at the top of the dashboard there's a store pill showing the current scope. Click it and choose All Stores to roll up every branch, or pick a single store to focus on just that branch. The pill shows a storefront icon for a single store and a buildings icon for all stores.
From the sidebar
The store selector at the top of the sidebar does the same thing from anywhere in the app. Open it and choose All Stores or any single store. Your choice is remembered the next time you sign in.
Note: The All Stores option only appears when your workspace has more than one store. Every screen — attendance, approvals, reports, shifts — respects the scope you pick here.
What's on the dashboard
- Today's Attendance — how many scheduled employees have clocked in so far.
- Late Today — employees who clocked in past their grace period.
- Pending — approvals waiting for review; click through to the Approvals inbox.
- Employee status — a live list of who is currently clocked in, with on-time, early, or late badges.
- Attendance trend — a quick weekly bar chart with a week-over-week delta.
- Pending requests — manual entries, overtime, and leave awaiting action.
Setup reminders
When a store is missing key configuration, the dashboard surfaces a banner with a shortcut — for example, to set up a holiday calendar or enable a leave policy. Dismiss it once a store is configured, and it won't return for that store.
