Sharing a Store
Give a business partner or manager co-owner access to a store, so you can run it together.
Sharing a Store
Running a branch with a business partner or manager? You can give another store owner co-owner access to a store, so you both manage it side by side — same employees, kiosks, attendance, and settings.
Share a store with a co-owner
Open a store's actions menu, add a co-owner by email, and an invite goes out — they get the same access once they accept.
Add a co-owner
From Stores, open a store's ⋮ menu and choose Share, then:
- Enter the co-owner's email address and select Add.
- If they don't have an account yet, ClockTap sends them an invite — the entry shows Invite sent until they accept.
- Once they accept and sign in with that email, they become a co-owner of the store.
You can add more than one co-owner to the same store — useful when a branch is run by a small team of partners.
What a co-owner can do
Co-owners get the same access to that store as you: managing employees, shifts, holidays, leave policies, approvals, and reports. The only thing reserved to the original owner is sharing itself — co-owners can't add or remove other co-owners.
Remove a co-owner
Open the same Share dialog and remove the co-owner from the list. Their access ends immediately. If they only had a pending invite, removing it cancels the invitation.
Scope
Sharing is per store. A co-owner you add to one branch doesn't gain access to your others — share each store you want them to help run.
